Wander

In the video Wander, I was interested in addressing the sense of time as a passage through space and time as it also relates to the mediums of photography and video. During a road trip through the American West, I photographed various objects that I encountered on dusty roads and highway rest-stops with an instant camera, recording the photographic images slowly appearing. Wander is a grid of moments depicting time in analogue, a meditation on photographic duration which can feel unfamiliar in a digital world.
