Martin Mirko
From 2001 to 2008, Mirko Martin studied Fine Arts at the Braunschweig University of Art (Germany) under professors Birgit Hein and Dörte Eißfeldt with focus on photo and video art. In 2005/06, he studied Film during a year abroad at the California Institute of the Arts, Los Angeles. In 2008 and 2010, he went back to Los Angeles with the help of travel grants. Since 2008, he have been able to show his work in several solo exhibitions in mostly German art institutions.
