Two Light Studies

Each light study begins as the train leaves one station and ends after arriving at the next. There are no artificial effects. The camera captures the light moving through the train while it rides. These views are from my Berlin S-Bahn project which began in January 2008. The films are composed of takes in which each one begins as the train leaves one station and ends after arriving at the next. While most films look at the city passing through the windows of the trains, these takes look at the light moving through the car while the train rides.
