Peter Norrman

PETER NORRMAN is a video artist and an experimental filmmaker. He recently showed I AM HERE at Dunkers Culture Center, Sweden, a multi-screen installation that explores cultural and geographic distance. Often working in collaborative forms, his other work includes: SYMPHONY (2013, with UK band Magnetic North); RETAIN (2012, cine-sculptures); NWAVES (2011, installation exploring northerness); HERE LIES LOVE (2010, with David Byrne). He is the recipient of 4 NYSCA Awards and an OBIE Award. * CHRISTINA CAMPANELLA (Composer/Sound Artist) works with music, sound, and performance across artistic disciplines. Recent works include: sound installation LIGHTHOUSE 40°N, 73°W (NY Electronic Art Festival 2015, HERE Arts Center 2015, Harvestworks 2014), sound-sculpture Machine With Breath/BREATHE (with Arthur Ganson, Museum at MIT 2014, Kresge Gallery 2013), and performance work RED FLY/BLUE BOTTLE (EMPAC 2010, Noorderzon 2009, HERE). She received a NYSCA Individual Artist Commission in Film, Media, New Technologies (2015), and a NY State Music Fund grant.
