Imagine, that could be us is a futuristic short story about the significance of death in a world dominated by humanoid immortal entities. Like every other civilization, the future inhabitants of our Earth are also fascinated by the power of art and become its creators. The scenarios and novels written by them are full of motives related to death: funerals, murders and suicides. Separated from real experiences death stories are deeply artificial and lack real emotion.
