Stroboblackboard is an experimental videoclip that aims to obtain deep sinestesy thru tight synchronisation of several AV elements. The concept is about a subliminal blackboard that display audio events. Visually the formal concept is a hexagonal grid from which all shapes derives. The clip was made in stop motion in a very close synchrony between sound event and video frames. The technique is based on average-frame mode, the images are only mixed alternating rapidly different frames. The stroboscopic result is the sum of all. Audio and visuals: Massi Gusmini (Otolab).
