SEED probes the blurry beginnings of surveillance. 5 sonnets written in response to Snowden’s NSA leaks are read as found VHS footage of innocent high school students being surveilled and reframed using a smartphone. A merging of experimental film & the poetic voice relevant to the excesses of C-51.
