Genetic sonification and visualization. Vibrio Fischeri is a proteobacteria that is found in marine environments and has bioluminescent properties. Lux-E is the name of a Gene that produce bioluminescence in these bacteria. Lux-E´s DNA sequence is translated into MIDI to generate the sound and control the image variables in real time.
