Scoppio is a small village abandoned around 1950 following an earthquake. It is a ghost town, permeated with peace and harmony, where history and the genius loci are overbearingly felt as nature is taking over everything. The video starts from the hypothetical discovery of a box of old photos of ancient inhabitants brought back to life and interacting with the landscape, combining digital tools, analogue self-constructed photographic filters, and concrete sounds created from an imaginary unearthed memory box, defining a soundscape that is the narration of a potential unrealized future.
