At the end before the beginning everything is unexpected. We expect a story taken from life, instead we see a movie philosophizing about life itself. No chapter of the shortfilm is foreseeable and still we create expectations about what should happen next. Alike the audience is watching the film, a child is watching our society. In a surreal collage „At the end before the beginning“ is breaking expectations of role, society and reality. A shortfilm which doesn't want to tell a story, but describe life in poetical images. Not a dictatorship of coherency, but a glorification of interpretation.
