In “Obscured (by the) sun” Cinty Ionescu and Miron Ghiu play with their sexual identities, focusing on a postmodern and glitchy version of da Vinci’s “homo universalis”. Assuming their nudity while allowing the sun to enter all their fully open eyes they enter a state of grace comparable to a religious trance. Their intimate ritual gains universality with each breath, like in an improvised and impromptu yoga pose.
