Nana Itsi

Nana Itsi means "mother water" in Purépecha, a language that was spoken in the place where my mother was born. On this occasion, Nana itsi names a series of micronarratives where I combine images generated through the graphic engine of the GTAV video game and a letter that I wrote to the water and to my mother. I modified this video game that portrays a fictional metropolis in recession to make my performances there through an avatar. I seek to make impossible wishes come true, like returning to the womb.
