Sylvia Winkler

Sylvia Winkler (*1969 / Austria) and Stephan Koeperl (*1966 / Germany) got their degrees from the State Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart. Since the beginning of their cooperation in 1997 their artistic work focusses on site- and situation specific interventions in the urban fabric of cities around the globe.
