Laura Hyunjhee Kim

Laura Hyunjhee Kim is an interdisciplinary artist who primarily works with video, performance and digital collages. She is deeply interested in language, sound and movements of the body and how all of these elements are meshed together in the digital sphere for communication. Appropriating familiar imagery and stylistic formalities from popular culture, Kim embraces humor and absurdity. Her recent works have been subjected to her "It's Complicated" love and hate relationship with the Internet.
