Jieyuan Huang

HUANG Jieyuan is an interdisciplinary visual artist and researcher based in Linz, Austria. His work spans images, video, installations and new-media research, exploring machine ethics, AI subjectivity and media/digital humanities. He holds an MA from Berlin University of the Arts, studied in EDM with Hito Steyerl at the Academy of Fine Arts Munich, completing PhD research while lecturing at the University of Art and Design Linz, and was a visiting scholar at HKUST. His projects have been shown in Ars Electronica, Stuttgarter Filmwinter, ISEA, ADAF, CVPR AI Art and IEEE AIART.
