  • Gregory Bennett has a background in both fine arts practice and moving image production and post-production, including 3D animation and visual effects. He is currently Senior Lecturer in Digital Design, School of Art and Design at AUT University, New Zealand, where he heads creative research into virtual production and motion capture. His recent works have been exhibited internationally at Currents 2014: Santa Fe International New Media Festival, TEMP Art Space, New York 2013, ISEA 2012 in Alberquerque, New Mexico, Glen Eira Gallery, Melbourne, Australia, and the Lamar Dodd School of Art Gallery, Georgia, USA. He was also an invited artist for Narracje 2013, Installations and Interventions in Public Space in Gdansk, Poland. His work has featured in public art exhibitions in New Zealand including Auckland Art Gallery, TSB Bank Wallace Arts Centre, the Gus Fisher Gallery, and at Artspace, Experimenta in Melbourne and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney.
